Projects of Scientific Investigation - Tender Commission

The formation of the tender commission is determined according to article 7 of the bylaw numbered 2003/6554 which was published in the official gazette numbered 25332 dated 30.12.2003 as: “The tender officials; one being the president, two being tender specialists, will be formed as a commission with at least 5 personnel and consisting of odd numbers with the participation of the president of the Budget Department or a personnel which he/she will appoint, including substitute members”
